I've been using a GoMotion waist belt for night runs and been really happy with it. The light beam is adjustable (lo/med/hi and also adjusts from focused to wider beam), the belt is comfortable and the battery pack is rechargeable with a USB charging cord.

^^NOT THIS!! I started the C25K program the first time with the wrong shoes and ended up sidelined with an injury. Good shoes are very important! Take it from someone who learned the hard way.

Got my 130 squats done plus a 150 second plank and a 5k run. Way to go everybody! My goal--to run a local 3k in memory of my mom. Three weeks til the race and I'm ready this year :)

Yay for rest day! After getting past the initial soreness I've noticed my thighs and glutes are getting firmer. And I could tell a difference this evening when I ran in a 5k :)

Rest day from squats but did a 5k run this evening.

60 squats in the books for Day 3! Tried mixing it up a little this morning with 20 goblet squats, 20 prisoner squats (10 each side) and 20 regular squats. Feeling the burn!
