  • I think I've returned to workout obsession. I'm sitting there relaxing, wanting to go through it again... *crazy* Did a 5K run today.
  • Just finished day 5. It is getting easier. I had to force myself to stick with the push ups for the whole time. Might increase the weights for the chest fly
  • That's what I found. I did the low carb thing for weight loss initially, but realised my digestive system hates startchy food anyway. I don't do bread or pasta (Ok, on occasion I have a sneaky croissant!)
  • Day 4 completed. Was difficult getting out of bed today. And I suspect it will be difficult again tomorrow and Saturday. I start work an hour earlier, so have to wake up even earlier to fit in the work out. Anyway, glad I did it anyway.
  • I started on Monday. Really excited for the results. I'm doing it in the morning (so far) and keeping up with my usual twice weekly spinnning classes, and twice weekly body pump. Not sure if that's a bit overkill, but we'll see how I get on. I'm using 1.1kg for the lunges with bicep curls, and the squats and shoulder…
