I too am a snackaholic. If I'm out of the house being occupied I cant snack so I try to stay busy. If I'm home I raid the cupboards. I think I checked my cupboards half a dozen times looking for sweets.... but I never found any

Never stop moving... While eating better is very important - I found that when I keep moving and pushing harding in my work outs is what really made the difference :)

Im a chocoholic... Tonight was our "Take out" night - so I had 2 slices of pizza and a wing. Last night I ate cake :-O (my other weakness)

Once a week my husband and I have "take out night" so thats usually my treat day. I dont focus on a certain calorie amount. I enjoy whatever I get (sometimes pizza, sometimes a nice salad from subway, sometimes we go somewhere to eat)
