With my first pregnancy I started at 210. I was up to 216 at my last prenatal visit and 212 the day I gave birth. I lost about 10lbs first trimester. I logged everything and kept mega active. I was told to only gain 8-10lbs. This pregnancy is another story, though I am not being as stringent about not allowing myself those…

I get very few symptoms while pregnant myself (this is my second, I also have PCOS). I very rarely felt a little uneasy as far as nausea - but that's the biggest "symptom" I had. Currently 16+3 right now - every now and then I think I feel the baby flutter but as I haven't had an ultrasound since 8+4 I am itching for my…

Its nice to see other faces out there who have come this far but with farther to go still! Im proud of people who lose the even 20 lbs to get in shape - but losing over 100 with much more to go can be tiring at times I cannot wait to get at/close to goal : ) Finally broke my plateau - only about 50lbs to go now : )

I went from 315-270 in probably 4m. I gained back 15 lbs Took me from March 2011 - Jan 2012 to get from 285-210. I got pregnant - didn't gain much. Haven't seen a loss since before my daughter was conceived (I was immediately back to about 205-210 when she was born). I gained back 5-10lbs in the last 12 months (since she…

1. Being faithful to my calorie goals 2. Exercising like mad Hard work and determination. I have PCOS which generally makes losing weight more difficult - but I have pushed through that!

No we don't know each others personal lives unless divulged to us. However I have many things standing in my way (medical issues which deem weight loss very difficult unless with medical intervention) I however have lost the weight I have ON MY OWN without modern medicine. Honestly I do believe a lot of "if I can you can"…

Personally I would avoid unnecessary surgery. Things can go wrong ( yes every day life things can happen too) but why add more risk Mfp has worked for so many who stick with it. Its free. Its not life threatening at its worst. Try mfp for free first ;)

I have heard first to gain last to lose. My stomach has shrunk a lot. Hips bum and thighs are more my trouble area. I have come to terms that I may never have a flat stomach without surgical intervention due to how big I was though.
