I wear running capris, a tank top and good running socks.

I lost weight by exercising 5 to 7 days a week for 35 to 40 minutes. I eat 6 small meals a day, and I try not to go over my daily caloric intake (but it's hard sometimes!). It took me about 6 months to lose 20 pounds.
