I have been doing the Couch 2 5 K (on the treadmill) and it is the same: walk, jog, walk, jog with a gradual increase to jog only. Keep it up! :happy:

I weigh in every Thursday.... On 11/3 I dropped 4 lbs :) My plan is to stay under my calorie goal and exercise 4x weekly. I'm right there with you! I will have motivation for the day and then can't keep it. Convenience gets in the way. and work.... and kids....and laundry....and work....and kids.....etc. I will keep trying though. You can do it!
