  • YAY!! T25 Results: Lost 19 lbs and 6 inches overall
  •   Yay!! All Done! Thank you again for putting this group together! It helps to know that someone else was doing it along with me. Now all I need to do is my final weigh in and measurements. I won't see much progress this week, but overall I did well for the 10 weeks.
  • Yay! Finished Day 66: Ript with a good burn 250cal. I decided to only follow the modifier for the push ups and burpees. Thank you for putting this group together. It would have been nice to have more people, but you still helped me stay motivated. Thank you! I think I'm going to just redo T25 or look at what other workouts…
  • Speed 2.0 and Upper Focus DONE! Feeling accomplished!
  • Woohoo! I actually completed a whole week! I've been bad with a lot of the other weeks!
  • I agree Speed 2.0 is FUN!! Speed 2.0 and Ript somewhat DONE! I did one workout after the other today to make up for missing yesterday, and my baby was done watching me with 11min left in the Ript. The last floor exercise where we lay on our back and lift our legs, I did it with my baby on my chest. Then I put him down to…
  • I hope your shoulder feels better! Oh, and Happy Belated Birthday!!! :drinker:
  • Core Cardio and Upper Focus DONE!! I had to make up for missing yesterday. My kids were playing with my weights and I couldn't find one, so I had to get a heavier set. It was manageable, now I think my other weights were too light. =) I modified this workout just a little because of the up and down transitions. For…
  • I did the workouts for M-Thur. I made up the Upper body today, but I was too lazy to do any of the other workouts. Sigh... Not feeling as motivated as before. :ohwell:
  • Yes, I am loving my HRM. I should've had this a long time ago. I really wasn't giving me enough burn for each activity. Now, I get to eat more! =)
  • I have to make up yesterday's workout. If it's mostly on the floor and little transitions, i'm good! But, I.m with you about floor ab workouts. I get to try my new hr monitor!
  • Oh man! I have to do something about the Ript Circuit workout. It is literally NOT good for my body. I take BP meds that make me faint when I move up and down fast. In the other workouts, I was always careful with the transitions. This one is just constantly up and down, I almost passed out twice. I need to find a way to…
  • Woohoo! Just finished the Speed 2.0! I agree didn't really like the Core Cardio, but today was FUN FUN FUN!!! I can't wait to get my heart rate monitor to actually see my real burn! Can't wait to see what's in store tomorrow!
  • Yep, it was a tough one with a lot of new moves! =)
  • Yep! I am definitely excited. It looked tougher, and I'm feeling stronger and more confident in my abilities.

  • Yeah! Dr gave me the okay to keep working out. I'm just going to have to change some of the workouts and add more stretching time. Just did the Speed 1.0 (My favorite one in this set) and Stretching today.

  • I'm a little bummed. With my last two workouts, I started developing a mild case of charley horse. I've been getting it quite frequently since then. My husband thinks I might have developed sciatica and wants me to take it easy. I really don't want to injure myself while he is deployed. So for now I'm going to use the…

  • I'm doing double workout today, because I missed yesterday. I'm doing them at different times of the day, to make it easier. I'm still doing half of my workout with the modifier, especially through the pivoting activities and any floor exercises. After five babies and three c-sections, my abs are very weak. And I think I…

  • Yes, I started Week 2 over this week. I missed yesterday's workout, so I'm going to try and double up today. Just finished the Total Body workout. It felt good today. We'll see how I am when I do the second workout later today. =)

  • I can't believe, I did the cardio today despite my cold and sinus headache. Does anyone else get dizzy doing the pivot lunges? I have to do regular lunges for that section.
