look its all about moderation dont take anything anyone says about food here to heart, kids r kids and want pizza dammit i am 32 and am craving papa johns, and wont eat it but they can for dinner whenever i please! So be a mom get ur kids some pizza but in moderation and veggie pizza and salad are the bomb diggity!!

I see the same at the gym when i go to the gym, i leg press about 150lbs maybe 40-5- which is 10 reps x5 sets then i do arms at about 75 i started at 30 but i worked my way up and that was 2 weeks in the gym. my friend goes with me and only lifts 30lbs shes afraid to look like the She Hulk LOL!! i KNOW that resistance…

i do exercise at home and at the gym and yes the gym gives you way more options but all you have to do it walk or even around your house. 10000 steps a day try to do that jumping jacks some squats maybe by a weight 8-10 lbs and do lunges and sumos also lay on your back and act like your riding a bike in the air.
