  • hi I was wondering do you walk as your main exercise or do you need to add other exercises also? I've read where walking alone can work - i guess i was skeptical but ur results are making me a believer that walking alone could be my 'go to' exercise.

  • You look terrific and happy! Keep up the good work! I totally agree w/you MFP has worked for me where other 'diets' haven't; i remember WW I was sooo hungry and thought about food ALL the time..w/MFP i plan ahead and don't feel hungry.
