I'm planning on doing the Start it Up & Limber for the first week, then Ramp it Up for 2 (or 3) weeks, and finally Burn it Up for 2 (or 1, depending how long I do Ramp it Up) weeks. I don't know when I'm going to be doing the Limber & 6-Pack ones, but at least they're only 15 minutes each (I think). So, I'll just add them…
