Try flavoring your own Greek yogurt. Buy plain and sweeten it with honey and fruit or use spices to make it savory.
-
Don't work out so hard and make sure you ate getting enough nutrients from your food. Also make sure you get enough sleep at night. The more whole healthy foods you eat, the better you feel.
-
How about lettuce wraps? Use lettuce leaves like a tortilla and stuff it however you want. I like tuna cucumber and carrots or my favorite ground turkey sauteed with olive oil mushrooms scallions and garlic!
-
Avocados and dates ate calorie dense!
-
Try naturally infusing your water with fruits! Zero calories and you can mix it up with different flavors:) coconut water is also a good option

Definitely not the first time I've been called out for irony;)

please let it be known that I'm not trying to Convince anyone that I know more then science in fact I know very little about science! I do however know that by going raw I'm not doing any bodily harm to myself. When it comes to people who have a bad relationship with food, this post has as much power as a blog, sticker on…

I think that may be the best thing to do here!

I want to go shopping!! That's my favorite thing to do now so I know it'll be fun when I'm at my goal! I also want to get my certification to teach a fitness class because those people are amazing in my eyes! Lastly I want to have pictures done and put my before and after side by side and keep it as motivation to keep…

I really love the discussion going on here! But seriously I don't consider this a highly restrictive diet. If I decide to do this in the long run, I'll aim for whole raw foods. That doesn't mean that I'll never have cooked food or treats again. I'll just do do with control and moderation. I know how to happy with my meal…

There are lots of ways to prepare these foods! I am willing to admit when I'm wrong about something so I'll write here about my experience as I go and be honest and the entire thing. And if at the end of 14 days if it's something I can continue or if that's it.

I have researched what is and is not considered raw. Protein is not a problem, nuts, natural nut butters, legumes, grains, mushrooms, sprouted beans, lentils...

Leg day!! If you were an animal what would you be?

2 years ago If you had 3 wishes what would they be?

That seems odd. Was the fruit canned or dehydrated? They tend to contain much higher sugar levels then good ol fresh fruit!
-
Just keep swimming! You're a winner! Jesus loves you:)

I'd be a sexy bear rug hypothetically of course lol *what is your favorite thing to spend money on?*
-
You could add it to pasta, use it for lettuce wraps, plain Greek yogurt I'd an awesome substitute for mayo so you could make tuna fish salad. Add it to greens for a salad eat it on crackers for a snack, or season it with spices put it on bread and have a sandwich:)

I respect everyone's opinion here and I understand how it can be difficult to understand something unorthodox. I never thought I'd be able to survive without meat but hey, it happened and I felt great! If you call this a fad diet then you must consider veganism, vegetarianism, gluten free, diabetic, etc. To be fad diets…

I think a lot of people are confused as to what a raw diet consist of: there is no eating raw meat! Lol I see how that can be confusing but that's not it:) the 5%-20% of non raw food you eat could be meat but it doesn't have to be.
-
I never said it was THE next step it's MY next step!! Please read the previous post concerning what is considered raw and the fact that I can balance it however I want though I choose 80-95% raw. Meaning that 5-15%of what I eat is not raw food and I definitely won't be using any of that ratio to eat bacon! Cured meat is so…

I love my body to pieces. In fact I love myself and my body enough to fuel it with whole healthy foods! It's not suffering in my opinion, it's not that different from vegetarianism and I've done that for almost two years. Living raw is not necessarily what people think. In my case my diet would consist of 80-95% 'raw'…
