  • I eat cottage cheese with a little black pepper, and then scoop it up with something salty. If I've got the room I have potato chips, or else popchips or pretzel crisps work too. Sort of like a dip. I also love it plain or with a little pepper on it.

  • I live in the Northern suburbs. During the winter I have workout DVDs (my primary workout even now), but I sometimes throw in Wii Fit or a cardio boxing game I have for fun. I work downtown so I walk in the skyways on my lunch break when I can.

  • I love to add frozen fruit to mine-- raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, bananas. One of my favorite recipes lately is the PB&J -- I add 1 tbsp of Peanut Butter and 1 cup of frozen strawberries. Tastes so good!
  • I just finished week 1 for the pear shaped program. I feel good, and can tell that I'm improving with each repetition of the workout. I haven't done sculpt yet. That's coming up this week. Overall, I really enjoy this program and am definitely being challenged!
