I'm curious about this one as well. I've read some articles and heard that exfoliating and moisturize while losing weight can help. And of course weight training / exercise. I'm curious if anyone has had success with losing a lot of weight and not having the loose skin.

I see a lot of people recommending the C25K program and I'm sure it works great for a lot of people. But some people are too out of shape or too big for even the C25K to be a good starting point. I need to lose some more weight before I jog much, slamming 400 lbs onto my joints kills me the next day or two. I do walk and hike a lot and use the heck out of my stationary bike.
