Well I will try...but that is a boat load of food! Woudl it be better to DRINK my calories in this instance..(.not alcohol)...but protein drinks etc? to meet the calorie difference?

SO ..then my question is this...If I don't eat ALL of my Calories for the Day ..*(both 1200 goal Cal, and exercise earned Cal)..Should I not loose weight faster?? I love Dannon Greek Yogurt, vanilla, w. Kashi summer berry granola,1/4 c-1/2c. (w 1T flax seed)--optional, 1/2 c fresh fruit...ie raspberries, delicious,and filling for hours... .
