Im did ripped in 30 and now i on Body revolution week 7 starts today.. i love it! and i love Jillian Michaels workouts.. she always challenges me and you can work up a sweat in a short amount of time! but she did come out with a new dvd..one week shred.. i want to look into trying that when im done

I noticed no one has replied in awhile but if anyone wants to add me feel free too! I'm on week 5.. Well weeks 3&4 cause I did the first week of jump starting your metabolism! Which was hard! I do it 6 days a week and rest days are Wednesdays!

Yes, Im on week 3.. but still doing dvds one and 2.. cuz i did that first week of boost your metabolism.. i have no lost any weight.. and ive lost a couple inches... im overweight.. and would like to see that scale going down...
