I just joined one for the first time. I've been thinking about doing it for 3 months and hesitate when I get to the payment part. Today I pressed it with no hesitation so I think I'm ready!

I'm going to start tomorrow. I did it on n off for a month but stopped for 2 weeks cause I was sick sonic think I will start fresh tomorrow!

My diet is back and forth. Cause of my IBS. It doesn't matter what I eat I still get sick. Sometimes it affects my exercise. I just try to drink a ton of water and peppermint tea during an "attack" and if feels better.

I have been doing it on and off for a month or so. I keep getting sick with the flu so I stop for a few days. Lol but I love it. I have no coordination what so ever but I love this and it feels like I'm actually learning to dance and I sweat like crazy!

I through chicken breasts in the slow cooker with Frank's buffalo wing sauce and eat it by itself or on lettuce . So tasty

I love them! They are intense to me! But I did it 3 months ago and only saw inches go but no weight but I never stayed on a diet and didn't eat the best. This time I am eating good. Lost 3.2 lbs in my first week so I'm trying to keep it up! I'm on week 2 and tomorrow is my cardio day!

i love the soup, i make my own variation for dinner sometimes but i only make it to day 4. i felt light headed and sick and i had no energy.. your not eating enough calories in this diet for your body to function. i would say try the soup but i personally wouldnt put my body through that again. my husband made meat at day…

Hi, Im on week 9. Ive los 16 inches and no weight so far.. Im not following the diet cause i cant afford to and i have slipped sometimes and eaten unhealthy and missed a day here and there but i love it! i can see my body changing though im not losing weight im gaining muscle.. and i feel better!
