    I start week 2 today and weighed myself this morning for week one and lost 3.2 lbs!

    If your diet is fine, you'll have very very nice results with this program! I did the first two phases and then stopped because I went to London for my winter holiday last year and never got back on track again to continue with phase 3 because I felt like I had cheated in some sort of way :-) But I'm planning on restarting it after I'm done with Insanity.
    I really enjoyed the workouts, I never got bored with them and the fact that I could workout for only 30 mins and then I was done it was very appealing. My legs looked very toned and much slimmer after phase two, everyone was telling me that I looked slimmer and I also felt a lot stronger, so keep going and don't give up! :-)

    I love them! They are intense to me! But I did it 3 months ago and only saw inches go but no weight but I never stayed on a diet and didn't eat the best. This time I am eating good. Lost 3.2 lbs in my first week so I'm trying to keep it up! I'm on week 2 and tomorrow is my cardio day!
