Easier said than done, but I would not talk to her about meals/calories/exercise. I'd say, rather than trying to make yourself like foods that you think are gross, try different vegetables than usual and see if you can find anything new that you like. Also, try cooking vegetables different ways--steamed, sautéed, roasted, mashed, whatever floats your boat. Personally, I love vegetables but still think…
