  • oops also if you are exercising are you tracking that on MFP ? maybe you arnt eating enough based on your activity, I didn't think walking the dog counted it does !   • thank you so much, have the food scale, im a weight loss junkie, been there and done it all over the years just to get down to an unrealistic weight, sighhhhhhhhhh why I wasn't happy at a fit and toned 145 is beyond me. its ok ill get there again :)

  • I hear you, I lost 96 kept it off for 17 years, then it started creeping back in 10 pounds per year, and here I am at 185, I feel like shyte, joined weight watchers in October, lost 10pounds (mind you I didn't eat carbs) then Christmas came, 10pound gain. itll come off I know, but like all of us I WANT IT OFF BY TOMORROW…
