DO WHAT FLOATS YOUR BOAT! Personally I don't see the point in wearing makeup in the gym (I think its silly cause I'm there to sweat not look cute), but I don't knock the people who do. :flowerforyou:

If you need protein to feel full than eat it! :-) I know what it's like to busy but you HAVE TO work in some gym time. Even if it means weekends, or working out at lunch. Where there is a will there is a way. You may have to get creative and think outside of the box. Also there are workouts you can do with your kids…

Thank you for posting this! I know so many people who stay on the elliptical etc. and expect to loose weight. The key is to weight train and do cardio. I try to find alternatives for what I crave. Like if I want chocolate I will have chocolate almond milk, if I want popcorn I bake chick peas and season them with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes, if I want a burger I have a salad extra lean ground beef on top and salsa and maybe some cheese!

My body does not like cardio ONLY!!! (It never has) So this week I started weight training HARD!!! I love the way I feel, and I think I will get better results this way. That being said... I LOVE coffee, but it does not love me. As of 1-1-13 I have NOT HAD ONE CUP and my weight loss has been UNREAL!!! When I was drinking coffee I had about 6-8 cups with skim milk (fat free) and 2 splenda. I miss it SOOOOOOO MUCH, but I love the weight loss more.

My goal for this 30 day challenge is to drop 7 lbs. I have to admit that January 5th is my birthday... so I will have a cheat day, but my promise to myself is to hit the gym that day for a cardio and weight training session!
