I'm in... Name your challenge! I say a 45 min workout DAILY with MAYBE 1 day off to "recover" but that day is yoga or some form of exercise. :-)

Thanks for all of the posts: I eat protein about 20min. after my workout :-) I feel as if I have gotten faster and a little stronger. I don't think I look any toner and my stuff isn't looser :-/ As for water... I drink about 10-12 glasses a day... but I'm more than willing to add more :-) IM STILL AT IT!!!!! WORKING OUT IN…

I have an herb garden and will be starting a veggie garden this summer :-). I have never had a green thumb but my herbs have done really well for the past year. Problem is I don't know what to plant? Can anyone suggest three or four simple veggies to grow? :-)

I eat a cup of Greek yogurt and 1 tbsp of honey... It's pure love!!!!! It's thick and so much better for you. Toss in some fruit and you will be hell a happy. PS... I eat the 0% or 2% fat greek yogurt! Still good!

Good job! I looked into this diet too... but I couldnt do it. I workout hard 6 days a week and I think I would pass out on a 500 calorie day! But when I have 2 weeks of no workout I think I'm gonna do it! Keep up the great work!

Being a biracial female I have to say that only at one point in my life have I been in the "normal" weight range... and I weighed 120 lbs and I am 5'10! All of the clothing was size 0 or 2! WHEN I WAS A SIZE 8 I WAS 175IBS! AND "overweight." hmmmmmmmmmmm

I've been using the Circuit training, general option... for 40 min I burn 544 cal. :-)

I am on day 5 and I LOVE IT!!!! My body hurts but I wake up every morning feeling like a million bucks!

Inhale... Exhale... and go for a walk! Burn off all that steam and feel better about getting active all at the same time. If its nice outside take the kids and a pet... or for alone for that important one on one time we all need!
