• Not sure about losing water weight, but if you add honey instead of sugar it's pretty good! Just make sure you log the honey!

• Iced/hot quad-shot Americano with 8 pumps sugar free vanilla. The sugar free will sweeten it up. There isn't any cream or milk so the calories on this drink are trivial and it's AMAZING.
