  • Right now it's mostly just been short walks on my lunch breaks for me. My birthday is only a few weeks away, I'm hoping to either get an exercise bike for my birthday or buy one with my birthday money. I have several workout dvd's, I just need to buckle down and start using them!

  • For a quick portable breakfast on weekdays I usually do the Quaker Oats High Fiber Instant Oatmeal ( I like the Maple and Brown Sugar, or you could get Plain and then flavor it yourself) and a piece of fruit.

  • I'm in! I have about 30-50lbs that I want to lose in total, but 10lbs by Christmas is a nice, managable goal and I'm sure it will be useful as a jump-start! I'll look for the group!
