Ohhhh My. Today's WOD was the Hero "Small". This thing kicked my *kitten*. Three rounds for time of: Row 1000 meters 50 Burpees 50 Box jumps, 24" box Run 800 meters We subbed 100 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls for the 1k row with a 45lb bar. This was brutal!! I did the warrior dash in Arizona earlier this month - it is SO FUN! Don't be scared about the obsticles - you can get through them. There all shapes and sizes of people that take part, and all ages. The only advice I'd give is to be in good enough shape to run 4 miles. Don't worry about your time - just have FUN! It's a…
