  • I have 3 go-to snacks that never seem to fail me. Celery or sliced cucumbers with hummus (garlic or spicy hummus is my favorite) Cottage cheese with strawberries, peaches, or pineapple Apples with peanut butter and honey. YUM.
  • I'm 30, 5'8", and have about 16lbs to lose. Feel free to add me! I definitely need some accountability.
  • I splurged and bought some of the Justin's honey peanut butter last weekend. Most amazing thing EVER. My husband asked if he could try it and I told him no. I'm not sharing.
  • I just got back on MFP and accept friend requests!
  • I just did pretzel on Saturday - it kills me every time! Not so much during the workout, but the next day but butt is SO sore. I have class scheduled on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday this week. Looking forward to a good workout tonight - I got a little off track this past weekend.
  • I did 4 classes last week (Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday). I started my week off strong with a great workout last night. How's everyone else doing?
  • Let's do this! The goal is 16 barre classes/DVDs by the end of the month. Ready, set, go!
  • I usually do Bar Method 3-4 times per week (the classes last 1 hour). I also walk our dog for 30-45 minutes ever day.
  • I use them and love them! I add them on top of salads, in smoothies, etc. The bag I buy at my local Kroger lasts for a pretty long time, too.
  • Personally, I love making my own smoothies. I actually enjoy learning which flavors of fruits and vegetable taste good together. I also think making smoothies out of real food is more beneficial than just juice on its own. You need the fiber that comes with fruits and veggies. That said, the only meal I like to replace…
