It depends on which workout you are doing.... any of the cardio parties... i usually put them under kick boxing but fat blaster for example doesn't have as much kick boxing... so i put that under aerobics.

I just had mine today... i had a tiny piece of cake and 2 apple slices, a small cube of cheese and a mini banana nut muffin not too bad... I am about to log all of it... hopefully i did not go overboard without knowing it!

I feel the same way about a pair of jeans that I LOVE..... they fall off my hips now... and even a belt won't keep them up. :sad:

I was doing so good today... I had about 700 calories left for dinner... then we went to this Burrito place (Freebirds) ... which I know is healthier than Chipotle.... but when I logged it it was 913 calories!!! whoda thunk a tortilla chicken rice and cheese could be that much?!?!? Anyways, now i am sad that I probably…

I have been on for about 4 weeks and lost about 8 lbs, so 2 lbs a week for me.... Hopefully I can keep that up... but I am sure it is about to slow down.
