I weigh & make note of it on a calendar every day. It's not for everyone, especially if you get easily discouraged. I like to look at the trends and it keeps me motivated.

Who You'd Be Today by Kenny Chesney came on the radio right after I'd found out my younger brother died in a car accident and I was on my way to see my mom. I lost it and had to pull over. Still makes me tear up when I hear it.

Hi everyone! Count me in, although I'm not sure I will make it by June -- I will sure try!! You all are very motivating and inspiring. Good luck to everyone on their journeys. I started at 355.6 and am currently 216.4. I am hoping to be in Onederland soon.

I'm going for under 200 lbs. now that I have reached my 225 lb. goal (224.4). I hadn't really put a date to it, but I can aim for June and see what happens. :) I sent you a friend request.

I would give it away. I am pretty good at staying away from sweets, but when it comes to pizza, that's another story! So I get pizza, eat what I can fit into my day and give the rest away. I usually get pizza on church potluck night and my family takes the rest with them. It works out nicely! :)
