Nope. I don't need it. However, it's nice to have on some days. If I want to do it, I will do it with or without support. Now keep in mind motivation is something that everyone has. We are motivated to stay fit because of the benefits, etc. Not necessarily motivated by others...more like inspired.

I never do cardio as a warmup. To warm up, I do 2 light sets of an exercise for the muscle group I am working on that day and do cardio at lunch or after work. I always do my strength training first thing in the morning because I have the most energy then. I suggest trying it either way and see what works best for you.

I have found that sugar is my enemy when it comes to losing my pregnancy pouch. As soon as I cut my sugar down, I began to see results.

I couldn't agree with you more! I think what a lot of people don't consider either, is how cutting government jobs will affect our economy as well. These are peoples' lives we are talking about. There is no easy solution and we can't just cut, cut, cut without thinking about the ripple effects.

Eating clean is a personal preference. It's great that you have made healthier choices with your eating. Plain and simple, a calorie is a calorie and if you burn more calories than you eat, you will lose weight regardless.
