I am on week 2 and have been looking for group of people who are doing it. It would be great to have the motivation with someone else who is doing it.

I did 10 minutes today. I did basic run twice, Island cycle, and does rhythm band work it is more walking than jogging but I thought that might work as well to mix it up.
