Ditto. I was going to suggest the same thing. I only log exercise when it's above and beyond what I do normally just by existing.

I'm in. I want to get back to at least 10k steps a day, and I've been slacking on it. I'll check on my FitBit tonight for the first 5 days, and post from there :)

I'm somewhere between 5'1 and 5'3 and 211ish. I was 236 at my highest, but now I can't break this plateau. I'd love to talk to more people who are dealing specifically with these issues. I lost weight once before, and the way people spoke to me about it really freaked me out. "Oh, you look so great. Have you lost weight?"…

I work barefoot for low impact activities. When I do ones that require more jumping around, usually I wear sneakers.
