I take a salad to uni, left over whatever from dinner the night before (chicken, taco filling, sausages etc, loads of salad leaves and a sprinkle of seeds or beans. Delicious and always something different :)

Both me and my husband wear fuel bands, it's a great motivation and we do get quite competitive!!!

I get this mainly when the laces are tied too tight on my trainer when exercising.... also recommend more water :)
