Add me! I think my diary and such is private but I could maybe open it up. I'm also looking for some inspiration. I lost 75lbs and gained 45lbs back. So I need to get back on the wagon so I can fix this! I went through some life changes and an injury. It's been frustrating to feel like I have to start over.

Or not... so much for support... lol

Should I try WW to bust the plateau?
-
Uh... helllllppp?
-
It has to be copied and pasted... don't ask me why! lol
-
That's what I thought... this seems horrid?
-
How should I try circuit training? I've never done before?
-
I am seriously excited to try this out! Can you add me and help me out? It's so frustrating to me that I can have fast food for my meals for 3 weeks, be 176 and then run 5k 3x a week for months and be 6lbs less!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FML!
-
But what should I be doing? I used to log like a Nazi... nothing changing.
-
Can I get some examples of strength training that I should be doing and for how many reps? I hate the back of my arms and my thighs! lol

Sometimes I do eat only so many calories. If I'm eating low carb, then most of the calories are veggies and such, so they don't add up to much. I always feel weird eating more calories rather than less... I'm just not sure what to eat or what exercise to do to get it all going. I will say that I haven't stuck with anything…

Ugh... calisthenic exercise, eh? I guess I could attempt this... haha. I will do my best!

Teach me to love at home weights? All I have are 3lbs dumbbells... ugh. My cardio is pretty intense. I'm learning to run again. So for instance, this week, I'm running 5 minutes on and 3 minutes off. I do the 5 at 4.5mph and the 3 at 3mph. Next week, I believe, I have to run 8 minutes on, so my cardio has been a product of…

Thanks! I lost the first 30 a good while ago, the last 10 in March and I just started the running program at the end of March. So the running has caused a loss of inches but not weight so far... so what should I do? I have been putting as much as I can into it. Surprisingly, nothing I've done has made me feel like "I don't…

Our treadmills at work actually have a hill course that shows you running the 5k! So it's helpful.. My friends are distractions... all but one! lol
-
You're welcome! I'm sooo proud of you! You've inspired me. There's times when I think... I will probably only gain speed/finish the chart in full after I lose weight, cause I'm 204-208lbs and this is a slim shot. Now I can tell those thoughts to suck it! You are my mantra! Thank you!!! I plan on signing up for the next 5k…

My knees felt crappy today. I think it's because I didn't take break days... as it says. It's just easier for me to do it Monday-Thursday. lol! Although, I'm taking tomorrow off! ;-)
-
Well thank you for sharing! Maybe I'll mix it up on my days off from running!
-
Well I bid you good luck! I can't wait to run at those speeds! It will be the time of my life! Thank you soo much for sharing. Now I think I will be a running beast... good going! lol ;-)
-
I think the treadmill helps me stay honest... Now with that being said... I haven't tried the program outside. My goal is to eventually run the railtrails in my community. I can't wait too! I'm 208lbs... so running is a bit of a *****, but I love it.

I have Nike Airmaxs? Are those good? lol... Thanks for the inspiration!
-
Is it the same? Thank you soo much. I use my iPod for music, but I'm interested in the app... I'm just wonderng how they know when I should speed up/down? I have a Blackberry...? lol Thank you soo much!
-
Aww!!! I'm sooo glad! I'm only on week one and I felt like today (the third day) was easier than the other days! Add me if ya need any help! ;-)
-
I have to say, I always loved the way it just pushed all my stress from my body... so I can't wait to be a real runner!
-
I moved to 4.5mph for my "running" today. Thank you very much! ;-)
-
ut oh... :-( suggest some stuff for me to do then... for when I hit that moment... ppppllleeeaaasseee...
-
So... this is pretty complex... what is the general statement in this?
-
I did a full 20 minutes today. I made sure I paid attention to the time more so than the distance and I also ran at 4.5mph as to give myself time to build up to being a runner. I felt very strained still... but not nearly as uncomfortable as yesterday!
-
I love them! They make my life. I just can't figure out if I'm supposed to be wearing socks with them...
