I currently weigh 200 lbs and I am 5'4". I wear a size 16, but sometimes a 14 now. In the last 3 months I have only lost 6 lbs, but have gone down 2 sizes. I am also a true hour glass shape and have a slim waist with large hips and breasts.

Also remember that if it's NATURAL sugar that it's not the same as sugar... i.e. a banana versus a cookie...

I go now because it's more of a habit than anything else and I feel like crap when I don't... But my main current motivation is my wedding is 6 weeks away and I want to look the best I can by then.

i am a stress eater too... When I get upset it takes EVERY ounce of strength I have not to go eat every SWEET thing in sight... But, I have learned my triggers and try to avoid them or to make sure sweet things are not accessible to me....

This is true. I do strength training 2-3 days a week. I've lost 11 pounds in the last 4 weeks and 2-3 inches from each area I measure. (Natural waist, around belly button, hips)
