  • I've been eating oatmeal almost every morning for a over a month now, I usually make mine with 1% milk, 1/2 cup of oatmeal. I also add flax seed (ground) to it as well. Typically it will run between 250 to 300 calories which isn't bad for a breakfast that will fill you up. I've also added raisins, sliced fresh strawberries…
