I get the prepackaged thing too. I take them for only lunch only and at night I use the proverbial (sp)? dessert plate. But however it works for you do it! We all have our 'recipes' for success.

I try to use cracked red pepper, jalapenos or other chilis when I can. Seems to help a little with keeping the metabolism going plus LOTS AND LOTS OF WATER. Found some meal replacement shakes at Target, 'EAS'. They're good for an on the go meal and only 100 calories & 3 carbs.

Agree with a lot of the above. To each his own and everyone has their own 'recipe' for weight loss. I personally can get quite a bit of food for under 1000 calories and feel full.

I wouldn't take any of them out. Everything in moderation for the most part is ok. If I had to give something up to succeed it would be alcohol. :(.

The litte victories all add up. Will power and determination are soon going to be the 'norm' for you. I've been heavy too, 240 lbs :( :( :( and lost 110 only to find a few weeks back the realization that 75 or so found me again. I keep a journal now of my daily victories and sometime faultes... And i'm a guilty daily…

Welcome.... I use NutritionData.com. I double check everything to make sure. I agree with all the posts above, there are some really inaccurate food entries out there.
