I do the all pros beginner routine on bodybuilding.com. I like it to get me started.

Edit: Wanted to add that I think it is a great money savor to buy frozen veggies. They go a long way and don't go bad fast like other veggies.
-
Frozen veggies are great for you. I like to roast my frozen veggies just like I do fresh with coconut oil, sea salt and pepper. Still yummy. Sometimes i'll eat up the mixed frozen veggies, add some butter and then toss it with rice and seasoned ground turkey. Another way I eat them is with my roasted chicken. I toss a…

Bread is bread...

I have to say that this is kinda true. My step-father is from Australia and he complains all the time about our bread here in the Americas. He says its not real bread. A thicker, heartier and whole grain bread will keep you full longer and it probably taste pretty damn good.

I think if you eat what you want and all of your favorite foods in moderation daily, you can just skip all the thinking that goes into a cheat meal.

If you realized you eat too much of it just eat less.

Shakeology has the worse after taste of any diet drink I have ever had in my life. The taste is good at 1st touch on the tongue, then after that it is nasty stuff. I have tried all different mix-ins and I cannot find anything to mask the horrible after taste. I prefer my EAS vanilla whey protein from Walmart and I am sure…

Greek yogurt! I hate mayonnaise.

I know that.....Please read what I said again. I said calculate your tdee to include your workouts.....If she is using the MFP method then eat them back. I know the difference.
-
MFP's calculations do not include your exercise calories. You lose weight by eating in a deficit, so yes you will still lose weight. Eat back your exercise calories. If not all at least half of them. Your exercise calories will give you more calories to workout with that day to eat more if you like when going out.
-
This helped me out a lot!
-
Your still eating below maintenance. When you were eating at 1200 you didn't need to. How much you are eating now is probably your deficit to lose weight and not have to eat at that sucky 1200 calories a day. Recalculate your tdee to include your 6 days a week workouts. If you are using MFP method put in your new numbers,…

If you are using the MFP method and not wearing an HRM when working out than I would eat back at least 75% of them. I feel that the cardio on here is a pretty good estimate for my weight and height, so I eat them all back most of the time. If you are wearing a good HRM then I would eat them all back. Why: Cause if you do…

Who cares about the scale! It cause mental problems anyway. Just use a measuring tape and go by how your clothes are fitting. Yes and take progress pics. There you go, no money, then no scale needed. Edit to add: P.S. - if you must have one then try a yard sale or craigslist for one.

I wouldn't think you have to limit your vegetable intake. You may just be very gassy :)

Thanks everyone!! Some great ideas in here. I think I will give some of them a try. I know it is very quick to make eggs, toast and bacon, but I just for the life of me right now do not want to get up any earlier. I used to always be a morning person who got up and cooked my breakfast every day before work. I just do not…

Fabulous job!! You are looking amazing. Keep going strong!

I actually learned that I can lose inches with out losing any weight. I never read up on that and know I am very knowledgeable thanks to MFP.
-
Lol thank you!

YES! Eat more! If you are feeling weak and sick then you are not fueling your body with enough calories. When I was doing Insanity month 1, I was eating between 1800 to 2100 calories a day. I was hungry all the time. I'm 5'3 32 and 163.5 lbs. I actually stopped doing insanity cause I was always hungry and eating. I gained…

My son is 12 now, but he always loved to eat like a grown man while growing up and now. He loves all the normal foods that kids eat, but he loves a home cooked meal more. What I would do is instead of buying the processed or frozen options, I made them myself. So if he wanted chicken nuggets or chicken sandwich and fries,…
