She didn't announce she was vegan. She announced that she did or does the 22 day vegan diet and is promoting a new vegan delivery service and the diet. In the same announcement, she also stated that she still eats meat, just makes better choices and feels better while on the 22 day vegan diet.

As long as you are in a deficit you will lose weight. The amount of weight that you lose will depend on how large or small your deficit is. The grilled chicken market salad at chickfila is only 200 calories. Add light italian for only another 25 cal I think. Mcdonalds as the grilled bacon ranch for under 200 as well. ...I guess this was needed yesterday, not today.

I'm 5'3 33 and currently 162. I have no clue how much I want to weigh anymore. I have not lost weight in the past year. My health issues have gotten in the way. I am comfortable right now, and just focusing on health. If I could just get into the 150's I'll be happy. Between 150-155 maybe. I guess.

I agree with this. I have doms today too, from my workout on Monday. I am soooo freaking sore I don't even know how I will manage a squat today, but I will push through and do it. I always feel better once I get into the workout.

Pretty much, but to each there own. Give that a try OP and see how long it last. I'm 5'3 at 161 lbs now. 29 lbs in 4 months is just not realistic for me/us. At this rate we do not have much to lose and as our weight decreases weight loss will most likely slow down. In short: Not realistic

Yes "thick" is a word to describe a women's figure. She is not skinny, nor fat and has meat in all the right places (thighs, hips, breast and booty).....basically a slang term you can find in the urban dictionary.
