2 slices of bacon and1 mini gouda babybel wrapped in a fajita size low carb, high fiber tortilla. Only 241 calories and very satisfying. What did you have for breakfast?

    I had four scrambled egg whites w/chopped white onion and steamed mushroom and a package of apple/tamarind brussel bites and a splash of sciracha. Yum!

    A salad with butter lettuce, baked tempeh, lemon juice, dijon mustard, and hot sauce along with an espresso and a glass of V8.

    I haven't had what I consider breakfast yet - just a Quest bar and a protein shake (not at the same time) - but in about 30 minutes I'll be having a big bowl of maple & brown sugar oatmeal with blueberries, PB2, cinnamon, and some pancake syrup. And I can't freaking wait.

    Sounds good. I'm having an egg white and feta spinach wrap on a spinach tortilla. It's pretty delish, I must say.

    3 slices Jenny-O turkey bacon (90cal), 2 eggs(scrambled ~140cal), Strawberries & Banana slices, OJ, and 1 slice of Wellsley Farms Soft Wheat... 515 cals, but I should be full until snacktime(lol) at work this afternoon! It was an awesome breakfast this morning :)
