    Cup of coffee and a Whey Protein shake that I mixed with almond milk and strawberries. all liquids! but some of the things you guys are posting sounds so good!

    2 slices of bacon and1 mini gouda babybel wrapped in a fajita size low carb, high fiber tortilla. Only 241 calories and very satisfying. What did you have for breakfast?

    Coffee w/ skim milk, but a big turkey bacon, cheddar, sauteed mushrooms & onions,100% beef burger on an actual brioche bun, for "Drunch". Was worth the wait :tongue:

    I like an egg over hard on a toasted bagel thin with chive and onion cream cheese. Sometimes I'll add a couple slices of turkey bacon or reduced fat bacon.

    Those potato things look awesome - so many good ideas here! I’m not a breakfast eater, but I often eat basic butter egg omelettes for lunch (3 eggs, sometimes with extra egg whites for more protein / cheese). They’re SO satisfying to me. I’m not as exciting as everyone else…

    Also, this thread is titled “Bacon” but there aren’t any bacon gifs here. I felt compelled to rectify that.

    I had 4 oz grilled chicken and 3 oz of red potatoes today for breakfast... maybe I'll opt for some breakfast food for dinner tonight!!
