I like an egg over hard on a toasted bagel thin with chive and onion cream cheese. Sometimes I'll add a couple slices of turkey bacon or reduced fat bacon.0

Those potato things look awesome - so many good ideas here! I’m not a breakfast eater, but I often eat basic butter egg omelettes for lunch (3 eggs, sometimes with extra egg whites for more protein / cheese). They’re SO satisfying to me. I’m not as exciting as everyone else…
Also, this thread is titled “Bacon” but there aren’t any bacon gifs here. I felt compelled to rectify that.

I had 4 oz grilled chicken and 3 oz of red potatoes today for breakfast... maybe I'll opt for some breakfast food for dinner tonight!!0
