    Thick slices of tomato topped with "creamed spinach" (basically just a light spreadable cheese mixed with spinach) topped with a runny egg fried in butter, and plenty of fresh cracked salt and pepper.

    This sounds super good. I'm gonna make this for sure.

    Milk Great Value (Walmart - 1% Milk, 1 cup(s)
    Dymatize - Iso*100 - Gourmet Vanilla, 1 Scoop (28 gr)
    Hershey's - Cocoa Powder Unsweetened, 1 tbsp
    Chiquita - Banana Yellow, 1/2 Banana (medium 7-8")

    Cholula - Hot Sauce, 2 tsp
    Egg Beaters - Original (Egg Substitute), 10 Tbsp (46g)
    Great Value - Deli Sliced Sharp Cheddar Cheese 1/2 Slice
    Pork - Cured, bacon, cooked, pan-fried, 2 slice cooked
    Roast Pork Loin mixed in w/egg beaters, 2 oz
    Bread - Whole-wheat, 1 slice
    Water (50+ ounces so far)

    700 calories, 50 carbs. On the other hand, I rode 16.25 miles this morning at a 14+ mph average pace and burned 1116 calories. I should end the day around 2300 - 2600 calories and 80 -120 carbs and run a calorie deficit (Between exercise and food intake) of around 1000 calories.
