Because I'm an idiot and I used to have a problem, I admit it. 10lbs overweight and it's killing me.

And me! These last 10 lbs are impossible to lose, and they make all the difference looks-wise!!

Attractive, definitely. The health benefits that come with it motivate me to keep going.

110lbs for me, maybe a little more if it looks a bit too thin. I'm 5 ft 5, pear shaped with a round face, so, yeah..

Have a successful fast, even if just 24 hours, to get back on track and to reset my body out of night eating syndrome. To beat night eating syndrome. To complete C25K. To complete MFP diary entries accurately. To never see 57kg on the scale again!

Thanks for all the suggestions, everyone!

Just to clarify though, I'm not asking how to lose weight specifically from my stomach as I already know that's impossible, but rather for how to improve that area...for example, I'm pear shaped and have always had awful thighs and legs, but since I've started walking a lot and running occasionally, they look much better…

Sounds good!

Thanks everyone, was afraid of this. I just thought one specific exercise might help things along...:(

I get away from food til it goes away. Long walk or something.

I'm not sure how much walking contributes to weight loss, but it made me considerably less pear shaped - I'd always had wobbly thighs and big-ish legs, and while I still have a bit to go, they're considerably more taut after upping my walking! Plus I read that's it's the distance that counts as opposed to speend, i.e. you…
