  • Aloha, I'm in South Africa and hav only recently heard of this 30 day shred. Any idea on where I can get a copy? I've read so many comments and it seems like a good idea. I hav 3 boys under the age of 5 and can't really do any exercise outside the house. This seems to be a good solution. Would so love to join in on the…
