my friend was on slimming world or weight watchers diet, im not sure which and always told me you could eat as much pasta, vegetables, fruit etc as u wanted. this is probobly why the diet didnt work lol x

It's taken about 14 months to get to where i am now. I put about 10 pounds back on over the christmas holidays but im back down to my pre-holiday weight now :) 20 pounds left till my goal of 150! x

i log everything i eat or drink lol, and today is my spike day!!:) i have been on a spike-type diet for over a year now and have got from 282 and i weighed myself today after my spike and im 173/174 :D yay lol my diarys open as well if u wana see how i log stuff on my spike days :)

my favourite meal is baked sweet potato with tuna mayonnaise, lettuce, cucumber and red onion! comes in at about 310 calories and keeps me full up for 5 hours + :D i also LOVE oatcakes but they're about 50 calories each, they keep you full tho:) ps i think my diary is open if u wana have a look
