my friend who has tried many diets (none have worked) always tries to convince me that you can eat as much PASTA, fruit, vegetables as you want & lose weight. she gets quite defensive when i say you can't, it just doesn't seem to click in her head that you can eat massive amounts of ANY food and expect to lose weight lol

don't give up! haha im 5'10 and i love tall men. ive dated someone 6'7 before but the tallest guy iv dated was 7ft! haha i feel more comfortable being able to wear heels & still stand next to the guy without towering over him :P

i have a spike day every week. always have done, always will! haha ive lost over 100 pounds doing it :) as long as my weekly calorie total is a defecit, i lose :)

i do a spike diet, i eat low-cal, healthy stuff 6 days a week and then 1 day a week i eat whatever i want! i dont have it the same day every week either, i just have it the day that i fancy it but i only ever have 1 over each 7 day period:) so as long as i hit like a weekly calorie goal, im happy. iv lost like over 100…

im 5'10 and whenever i go out i always wear heels!!:) im nearly always the tallest girl in the clubs lol. ive found that some men are scared to approach, the only ones that do are nearly always taller than me. but im cool with that, i prefer tall men anyways :P hhahha

i did this over christmas! i gained like 10 pounds, some of it was water but some of it was fat as well! lol i just started back on the healthy eating plan and exercise and all the weight is gone again now, it came off fairly easily, my weight loss is slower now as im at a healthy bmi but its still coming off :) x

im not sure, mine are pretty visible now but im still not at my goal weight yet. when i weighed 282 they wern't visible, im not sure exactly when they became visible but i know i was still in the 'overweight' bmi category when i started noticing them. i think its just cos iv got really broad shoulders tho! x

i use hair removal cream or wax them most of the time but i shave them occasionaly too :) x
