i always go by weekly totals:) as long as theres at least a 3500 weekly deficiet im happy! lol im doing the spike diet so one day a week ill eat like 3000-4000 cals and the rest of the week ill stay low calorie (1200ish). this fits in with my lifestyle and ive lost over 100 pounds doing it lol x

im 5'10 and really wana get to a UK size 10!! currently a UK 12/14 and i weigh 168, not sure if im ever gona get into a 10, might have to be happy with size 12's lol x

i always have a cheat day! i keep my carbs under 100g a day 6 days a week and then 1 day a week eat whatever i want:) its worked for me so far, gone from 282 to 168, 18 pounds left to go! x

if u go on their websites, a lot of them have nutrition info:) and ive noticed KFC and mcdonalds have all the calorie info on their menus now as well. nandos can be quite healthy & low cal, i always get the butterfly chicken breast with macho peas and sweetcorn! think its about 700 cals and its delicious!x

i started at 282 pounds and im now 168 pounds. and from a 44F to a 34D lol. but i put 10pounds on over christmas and it all went onto my boobs! lol its the last place i lose/first place i put on

popcorn, if u get the popcorn kernals and pop it in the microwave, its quite low calorie (30 cals a cup) and it tastes nice and is good if u like nibbling on stuff:) rice cakes (25 cals per cake) carrot/cucumber sticks. (maybe around 50 cals for a large carrot & some cucumber) sugar free jelly (30 ish cals in a pint)…

sweet potatos!!!!!!! i couldnt live without sweet potatos, i get cravings for them 5-6 times a week! haha and almond milk, i tried it this week for the first time and i LOVE it, so much nicer than normal milk, ive been having it on my bran flakes everyday :)

im booked in to get a day of the dead gypsy tattoo on my thigh next week!!!! eeee so excited. Im not at my goal weight yet but i figured i deserve a treat for getting to where i am now! :)
