  • The basic idea is to eat less calories than your body uses each day. When you exercise you burn more calories so you can eat more calories and still consume less then your body used.
  • Try almonds. Just a handful between meals keeps me going and helps from feeling hungry. Almonds add to your fat content but they have much more benefits to aiding in dieting, heart health and lowering cholesterol.
