this, pretty much. aside from the sodium issue, they aren't too bad, but when I have one I usually have a couple pieces of whole-grain bread to go with it, as the meals themselves are around 300-400 calories each.

my mom used to make those at Christmas, she used shredded coconut and chopped walnuts in hers as well. they were so good.
