I love all the dogs but I don't really use my dog for exercise, she's a chiweenie puppy and weighs less than one of those 5-pound hand weights lol! However once she's older we'll be going for lots of walks in the park!

I tried it years ago and was not enthralled. All I remember about the lessons is when your skis look like this || it was called French fries and when they're like this /\ it was called pizza. And all I wanted to do was go back to the lodge and eat French fries and pizza lol.

Google the menu for the city you'll be in, as they may be different from place to place, but it looks like there are things like salads and chicken\veggie combos.

oh wow....................I want them.... I like diet pepsi, but every once in awhile I like an orange soda. also I like those Italian sodas that you flavor with the syrups (and all the weird little syrup flavors like orgeat).

cheap "chocolate" that's more sugar/corn syrup than actual chocolate. looks and smells wonderful but then...everything goes wrong, lol.

Aside from veggies, beans, and legumes, I like multi-grain breads (like 45 Calories And Deliteful by Sara Lee), Quest bars, and Fiber One brownies and bars (altho be careful with those, they will give you insane gas). Also drinking lots of water helps as well, I find.

Never cooked with it but it's soooooooooo good if you have dry skin. I use it right out of the shower, and also use it in my hair as well (it's wonderful for naturally curly hair that tends to be dry).

Weigh and measure everything. Also remember that you didn't gain all the weight in 10 days (or however long its been), you're not going to lose all the weight that quickly either. You have to be patient, be consistent, and track accurately.

LOL my father-in-law was like that, he didn't understand that you drank the shakes instead of meals rather than along with them. Couldn't understand why he was gaining rather than losing.
