I have an 8 mo old son, and I'm going through a divorce. Talk about stress and such! I gained a lot during my pregnancy because I got gestational diabeties, and had a very hard time controlling my sugars. When Lucas goes to bed I try to work out while watching tv. I'll either walk or do circuit training with a 1 minute…

Ha, I'm a little more than "soft" from having my son. I went from a size 2 to a size 17. Gained a total of 90 lbs- now I'm down 26ish lbs, and have about 60 to go. :[ I'm also currently a single (unemployed) stay at home mom. I was a stay at home mom when I decided to leave my husband. It's been a not so fun few months,…

Thank you for all these great ideas :]

My ultimate goal is being 105 lbs again. I was tone and felt good in my clothes (size 2).

I used cocoa butter everyday during my pregnancy and everyday since I gave birth, 7 months out I still have pretty noticeable stretchmarks. they are lighter, but I'm not sure it's the cocoa butter.

if you are exercising a lot and not eating your calories back you might just be not eating enough.

i actually dance when i clean. it's the only way i can enjoy it, so i count it as exercise.

this is what's wrong with the world. because it's cheap people eat it. and why obesity is an issue.

I have the same issue + tiger stripes! or stretch marks... ha. It has gotten better over time, you have to give your stomach skin time to tighten back up. I use cocoa butter that's meant to tighten up skin. I've noticed *some* difference, but I'm still 7 mos postpartum and don't expect to see huge results from that alone.

i have this amazing diet trick that works every time... i throw my scale until it breaks and use marker to write in my goal weight, viola! next time i step on the scale i'm skinni. then use the same marker to write 0s on all your jean labels, instant skinni jeans!

When I was pregnant I had it set to sedentary (I had to keep track of calories and carbs due to gestational diabetes). I just switched it to light. Thanks :]

Oooh. Good point honestly I didn't think about that. Thanks!

You're a hygienist's dream. Lol. Coming from a hygienist who should be doing the same thing!

Your best bet is to increase your calories slightly, re-evaluate your carb intake (when I did atkins for one week I was miserable!), exercise, and do deep breathing exercises.
