I started les mills pump about 21days ago, I like the workouts, but I feel like my progress is halting. I started losing more weight but stopped losing inches. How do you get over your "fat day" blahs?
I know technically you can't emotionally "feel fat". It's more of a deeper issue, yadda yadda. I can't be the only one who just feels like "OMG I'm so fat and fed up!!!" And feel like binge eating. What would count as circuit training?
At the gyms now a days there are those 30 minute circuit training stations. I don't have a gym membership and right now not financially able to commit to a membership. Is circuit training something I can do at home without equipment? Or would you call it something else.

how can i count playing with my infant as exercise?
I'm not sure how many calories or an exercise equivalent I can track it as. I have a very active 7 month old. I play with him a lot on the floor.
